Church Update, March 21, 2020

Dear Prayer Assembly Members and Friends,
We are continuing to monitor the situation here in Arizona as it relates to the growing coronavirus outbreak. At this time the Arizona Department of Health Services is reporting there are 104 cases in Arizona and of those (49) are in Maricopa County. There has also been one death.  Officials have issued recommendations related to gatherings with more than 10 people and as a result PA  has decided to suspend all face-to-face services on our campus including; Sunday Worship Services, Wednesday Bible Study, Friday Services, Promise Keepers meetings and activities.  We are taking these steps after much prayer and out of an abundance of caution for our congregation and staff. Given all that we now know and what we can anticipate we believe this is the most prudent course of action at this time to protect your health and safety.

In light of these changes, we are excited to offer you our online experience for Sunday Worship Service, and Bible Studies. On Wednesdays at 7pm you will be able to watch a live stream  Bible Study. On Sundays at 10:30am you will be able to watch a live stream of worship.  All services will be available on all of our platforms including PACOGIC.com, the PA App, Youtube and FB Live.  Also our prayer lines will continue to be available during the week.  We are also working on methods to enable spiritual educational opportunities for our children and other ways for us to stay connected…stay tuned. We invite you to engage with us by not only hearing the messages, but sending prayer requests, interacting with others using the chat features and giving through online giving. We also invite you share our online offerings with others who also need to be inspired and encouraged during this challenging season.

The leadership will continue monitoring the situation, make any updates as needed and notify the congregation through our email, PA app, website and social media channels. We ask that you remain prayerfully vigilant and continue taking the necessary precautions to keep you and your families' safe at this time, especially being “Sanitary-Sensitive”.
We remain prayerful, vigilant, and trusting that it is all in God's hands, as this ongoing situation continues to unfold.  We believe that  God will do a new thing in the midst of this situation and we purpose to be a part of the move of God!

Keep the faith and be encouraged!
